Once you send us an enquiry via e-mail, letter or telephone, our care managers will contact you to discuss your requirements. Our aim is get to know you personally so we can provide care as you want it. All of the information you provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with any third parties. Once we have gathered all your information, we will be able to give you an outline of schedules and costs of your care.

The next step is the care needs assessment which will be carried out by one of the care managers. This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know you better in your own home. Our care managers will carry out a number of assessments which includes Moving & Handling Assessment, Environmental Assessment and Medication Assessment. Following this visit, a fully costed package will be offered alongside your tailored care plan. You are under no obligation at this stage and may take as much time as needed to review the care plan.

Once you are happy with the care plan, we will finalise your care plan with you and your family, making sure everything included fulfils your needs. If needed, we may identify suitable healthcare professionals to support you in-line with your care plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met.

Your service will commence with the support from the care staff and care management team.

Review meetings will be scheduled at regular intervals to ensure we are still meeting all your care needs.

Should anything need to be updated, we will work with you to make any changes required.

Every carer goes through a 5 stage interview process, which involves activities aimed at testing the candidate's competencies and their performance when placed in different scenarios. We ensure our carers have all the necessary references and compliance documents, and carry out a full criminal record check. We regularly review the performance of our carers to make sure standards remain high.
