We operate a care service which aims to provide care 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and a 24 hour on-call service responding to emergencies, to meet our customer satisfaction and obligations. 
As a healthcare agency, we closely monitor our staff and provide you our service users with continuity of care according to their changing needs. We pride ourselves on the quality of training that all new staff receive prior to placement. It is our belief that exceptional training best equips our staff with the knowledge and practical skills needed in order to deliver high quality to service users. We hold trainings, team meetings, supervisions to ensure that we are providing the highest standard of care and that we are always meeting your needs.
